I have to say, working with Jodi and the guys was fantastic. They really did bend over backwards to accommodate our needs. We had to have our flooring shipped from Georgia; and, at first, we were honestly uneasy about it, as we needed the materials quickly. They were diligent, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They promised to call us and update us, and they held to it! They reached out to us when they promised they would; as we did not have to hound them about it. They were on the ball, diligent, and worked out reasonable delivery with us. They were honest and transparent with the entire process. I really cannot say enough positive things about them. Also, the quality of the flooring (luxury vinyl), was excellent. Highly recommend this place for your flooring needs!

I found Flooring Express and I thought I'd stop in. I needed to replace my old tile floor with new flooring. I met Chuck as soon as I walked in and realized I came to the right place. I discussed what I was looking for and Chuck was so professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He showed me many different choices and I chose the one I wanted. We set a date to do the floor, the workers came, they pulled up my old floor and replaced it with a beautiful new floor. Chuck and Jody kept in touch to make sure everything was going right and that I was satisfied with the results. I now have a beautiful floor and I have received many compliments on it. I would definitely use Flooring Express again. I made the right choice!
